Ashley Mazurek

B.S. Wellness Leadership, C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 4, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3, CHEK Golf Performance Specialist, PPS Practitioner.

Ashley began her career in the fitness industry in 1990.  Since then, she has accumulated a wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge gathered through the multiple fitness facilities she has owned and operated.  Her roots stem from teaching group fitness, seminars and corporate wellness, and competing at a nationally ranked level in triathlons and Iron-Man competitions.

Currently, she concentrates on working with clients in Tampa, Florida, teaching for the C.H.E.K Institute, studying for her Esoteric Healing certification, conducting her own seminars, participating in speaking events, as well as developing health and fitness products.

Ashley is passionate about her family, enjoying the outdoors, and growing within her “self”.

Jator Pierre

Founder of Water and Earth Holistic Life Coaching (WE HLC), Jator has been in the practice of transforming lives since 1999. Using a vast toolbox of modalities to bring about lasting change in his clients his work primarily focuses on emotional trauma, auto-immune issues, digestive disorders, chronic stress, and chronic pain. He is passionate about seeing the bigger picture and how that trickles down to the underlying mechanisms which lead to pathology, disease, and symptoms.

His purpose is to help people examine and understand not only how the body functions but how each physical symptom correlates to and is expressive of underlying mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns.

Jill Willis

CHEK Practitioner Level 3, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3, CHEK Golf Performance Specialist

Jill is the founder of The Wholesome Peapod, Holistic Exercise and Lifestyle Coaching, based in Windsor, UK. Having been lead to the CHEK path to follow her personal ambition for good health and performance in her sport of cycling, Jill was in the corporate world for 30 years, running a catering business in London. Her real passion was for health and well-being, and through the CHEK system realised how it was extremely bad for her health! Jill is now enjoying helping others to improve their performance, whether in sport, the boardroom or simply in life itself. Whilst her own journey is still 'work in progress', and learning that every part of the journey in life is a lesson and a guide, it is hugely exciting to continue to follow the path and provide others with a range of tools to help them on their journey, particularly where they have serious health issues that they thought they had to live with forever, and they find that with the right tools, that is not always the case.

Jo Rushton is Founder of the Energy Coaching Institute in Australia, where she heads a multi-disciplinary private practice leading the way in preventative and corrective health.  She is committed to empowering individuals to transform their way of thinking, improve personal health, and achieve personal goals.  A highly sought-after presenter and facilitator, Jo also works in the corporate and health & wellness industries.

Leigh Brandon

Leigh has been working in the field of health and fitness since 1996.  From 1999 to 2004, Leigh worked as a personal trainer and manager and educator of personal trainers.  In 2004, Leigh formed his practice, BodyCHEK, in London where he still works today.  Leigh finds it very rewarding helping people get out of pain and back to their sport in top condition.  Leigh is the author of a number of fitness books, including The Tennis Biomechanic’s Manual, and developed the CHEK Tennis Conditioning Specialist Advanced Training Program for the C.H.E.K Institute.

Some of Leigh’s clients have included British and European champions and record holders, and Olympic athletes.  Leigh’s mission is to help as many people as possible to reach their health and performance potential, “so they can live more productive, fulfilling and happier lives.”

Matthew Sorensen

CHEK Practitioner Level 4, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3, CHEK Golf Performance Specialist, PPS Practitioner, CHEK 4 Quadrant Practitioner, Medical Massage Therapist, Strength Coach, Nutritionist.

Matthew started his career in Europe working with Nutrition. Since being back in Sydney he moved into Strength & Conditioning and has since become certified in manual therapies such as Remedial Massage, Visceral, Neural and Cranial Nerve Manipulation. He now lectures at governing institutes to Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists. He has built several workshops including ‘What Your Body Is Telling You’ and ‘Why You’re Not Healing And How You Can’. He has also consulted for NRL teams Cronulla Sharks, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Women’s National Cricket League and is a regular consultant for the Pro Wakeboard Tour.

Nicole DeVaney

CHEK Practitioner Level 4, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 3

Nicole is owner of Iron & Salt studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. Iron & Salt is a multi-fusion gym with a kitchen where food is an integral part of the healing process. She specializes in women’s health, nutrition, energy work and emotional healing through movement.

In 2006, before working in the field of health and wellness, Nicole experienced a spinal injury that left her unable to paraglide, dance, model, do yoga, carry her daughter, or walk without debilitating pain. After working with a C.H.E.K Practitioner, she rehabilitated more than her spine. The gift of movement was returned and she embarked on a new path toward becoming part of the world’s leading institute of holistic medicine. Now, Nicole joyfully spends her days paying the gift of health and happiness forward by guiding others to take charge of their own personal well-being.

Philip Loizides

Head CHEK Mentor and CHEK Faculty Member

CHEK Practitioner Level 4, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2, CHEK Golf Performance Specialist, Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, MTA Advanced, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Reiki Practitioner, Sports Massage Therapist, FA Soccer Coach.

Phil has been working in the health and fitness area for over 30 years. He initially started working with young children, coaching soccer to both boys and girls, as well as a number of local soccer teams. This was a very rewarding time as many of these children were from poorer backgrounds.

Phil formed ‘Lion Health and Fitness’ in 2003 and continues to provide an array of services today. Typically clients will have a mixture of complaints that can include physical, digestive, gastro-intestinal, immune system, stress and various emotional issues.

Phil has worked extensively with sportsmen from various sports. These include Golfers, Soccer players, Rugby and Tennis players many of which have had injuries that have not responded to the normal allopathic approach.

When asked, Phil says his lifetime goal is ‘to help as many clients as possible to achieve health and happiness’…….something he is practicing every day.

Warren Williams

Warren is a traveler on the path of growth, a peaceful warrior, having learnt that life is the lesson.

Warren combines a great feel for body movement and mechanics fostered by over 25 years of martial arts practice with 20 years studying esoteric practices such as meditation, energy healing and emotional self management to help people honor themselves and become their own master.

Over the past 14 years Warren has honed his mastery of the C.H.E.K system whilst integrating his unique understanding of martial arts, energy healing and life coaching.

Warren has successfully coached a diverse clientele from elite world class sports men and women to corporate leaders, to injured mums and other C.H.E.K practitioners and healthcare professionals, he has consulted to premiership football teams and assisted those deemed medical failures to full health.

Jonas Jonason

OMT, CP2, HLC3, STAC Elittrainer and PGA Professional

Jonas is the founder of Elitcenter based out of Malmo, Sweden. He has over 12 years of experience and has trained over 10,000 national and international clients in different sports such as golf, ice hockey, soccer, and tennis. Jonas started his career as professional golf and ski instructor, but soon realized that he needed to know more about how to help his clients improve their physical capacity in order for them to take their game to next level. He began studying at the ELEIKO Facility where he met his former mentor and good friend Joakim Dettner (whom Jonas later started working for and still teaches with today). It was Joakim opened Jonas’s eyes to Paul Chek’s approach.

Today, Jonas works with clients from all over Scandinavia - everything from young children with walking difficulties to NHL and PGA players. In addition to working at Elitcenter, Jonas is part of the STAC Academy Education Team. He spends many days traveling and has the privilege of education personal trainers, physiotherapists, naprapaths, chiropractors and osteopaths.

Søren Fruerlund

Søren Fruerlund has worked in the industry full time since 2009.

Søren has his own studio in the second biggest city in Denmark - 50 m from the City Hall. He has employees and has been mentor for personal trainers for many years.

He has established a good reputation as a holistic rehab specialist in which he uses the CHEK approach with his clients. The approach is always a mix from the Practitioner and the Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and he always makes sure each client is dealt with individual.

The client should feel safe and taken care of. If they feel you give them the mental presence they deserve they are much more likely to move in the right direction and therefore moving closer to the life they want to live.
